Your adventure begins in Nairobi with a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley. Upon arrival at your safari lodge in Maasai Mara, you'll have lunch and a short break before heading out for your first exciting game drive. The afternoon is dedicated to exploring the vast savannah, home to lions, elephants, leopards, and countless other species. We'll return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and a well-deserved rest.
Wake up to the sounds of the African bush. Today is a full day of game drives, allowing you to deeply explore the Mara. Your guide will take you to strategic locations where you can spot predators on the hunt and witness the spectacular herds of wildebeest and zebra (seasonal). You have the option to visit a Maasai village to experience their rich culture or take an unforgettable hot air balloon safari at sunrise for an additional cost.
After a final morning game drive and breakfast in the Mara, we’ll travel to Lake Nakuru National Park. Known for its shimmering lake often tinged pink by a massive flamingo population, this park is also a sanctuary for endangered rhinos and Rothschild's giraffes. After settling into your lodge and having lunch, an afternoon game drive will reveal the park’s unique biodiversity.
This morning, we’ll have an early game drive in Lake Nakuru before heading to the freshwater Lake Naivasha. Here, the landscape shifts from open plains to serene shores. You'll have the option for a boat safari to get up close with hippos and various bird species, followed by a guided walking safari on Crescent Island, a unique opportunity to walk among giraffes and zebras.
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and a final morning to soak in the serene atmosphere of Lake Naivasha before beginning your journey back to Nairobi. You’ll be dropped off at the airport for your onward flight, carrying with you incredible stories and a camera full of amazing photos.
